The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was close enough walk to el zocalo and to several good restaurants. The hotel had a decent restaurant on the premises. We needed to request blankets since the AC was either too warm or too cold, We requested blankets and they were quickly delivered to our room.

I would definitely stay again if we need a hotel in downtown Puebla! Clean, has a pool, has everything we need, front desk staff and bell service was great!
